The New Neighbours aims to help address the following basic skills in the school curriculum:

• Social and civic skills
• Autonomy and personal initiative

Indirectly, it can also support the development of the following skills:

• The culture of science, technology and health.
• Learning how to learn.
• Language communication skills.
• Handling information and digital skills.
• The culture of art and humanities.

THE NEW NEIGHBOURS is an educational project to prevent xenophobia and racism among adolescents aged 11 to 14. The cornerstone of this initiative is a comic. On its pages, boys and girls will find characters and stories that invite them to think about the values of citizenship, migratory processes and multicultural social interaction.
